Can I install this myself? If so how long will installation take?
Yes, provided you have general mechanical knowledge it is pretty straight forward. Installation should take around 1 hour.
I'm running an aftermarket manifold. Will this gasket fit?
If your manifold has a T2 flange then this gasket will fit. If it's not T2, then it won't fit.
