The GKTECH Z33 350Z/V35 Skyline polyurethane gearbox mount is a direct replacement of the standard item and will help reduce engine and gearbox movement to get the power to the ground.

Particularly useful in track cars where the car is off and on the throttle regularly.

What's the advantage of using the GKTech Polyurethane gearbox mount?
Polyurethane gearbox mounts keep engine and driveline movement to an absolute minimum which enables the running gear to directly get the power to the ground. In addition to being polyurethane, we include 2 sets of inserts in different hardnesses so you can use the inserts to your preference, including both a 60ShA and a 70ShA set. Having removable inserts also means that this mount is rebuildable should the need arise.

What modifications are required, is this hard to fit?
No modifications are required just simply remove and refit.

Is there anything else needed for installation?
No, the mounts come with all accessories to be fitted. They will arrive as shown in the product photo.

Can I install this myself? If so how long will installation take?
Yes, it is relatively straightforward. Installation should take around 20 minutes.

So much difference!

My car is in good nick, only 117k, some basic mods like diff mount, wheels tyres and coilovers, and the stock mount looked fine.
I Kept missing 2-3 shift, had drive line shake with axle tramp, and 3rd was sometimes just tricky to engage.
Feels like a different car, 2-3 shift is easy and 3rd slips in perfect every time. A few launches in and the axle tramp seems non existent. An added bonus is I can now hear the engine but its not obnoxious and I don't need to open the valve on the exhaust. 10/10 would recommend.

I bought this for my 2004 m45 and it fits perfect

So, fortunately Nissan used similar parts across a range of cars. The trans mount in my y34 was wasted, and this GKTech z33 one is a perfect fit. Popped right in with zero modification or hassle, and now my trans isn’t bouncing around

Good product

Easy enough to fit, makes the car feel heaps more responsive and the shifting has much more feel. Will increase NVH in the cabin a fair bit, would recommend this mount if you can put up with the noise and vibration on the street (if not, take a look at the poly inserts for the stock mount), or if it is going on your track car.
