You ordered on the evening of Friday November 27th, we shipped the order on the following Monday and you opted for the slowest shipping method available to Spain during a pandemic and it arrived 5 weeks later (not sure where you got 4 months from?). If there's anything further that you think we can do to better improve the service to our customers, please feel free to share your suggestions. I would suggest that if you're in a hurry for your goods, it's best to pay for a faster shipping method.
