We're hiring! 
Position: Sales & Technical Support Representative
Location: Sunshine West, VIC 3020.
This is a permanent full-time in house position, our hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday but some flexibility is available.
With our fast-growing company we are requiring a new member for our team to come into our office located in Melbourne’s western suburbs. Being only a small team with warehouses in Australia, USA and Japan we are looking for an individual to grow with our company. We pride ourselves on our team environment, with shared passions and a great attitude within the workplace this position really has a lot to offer. We are currently looking for someone to join our sales and support team, consisting of customer service, sales based tasks and assistance with our ever changing online store. 

We are chasing an energetic individual willing to work in a fast paced environment with a professional manner. The ideal candidate would have some customer service and sales experience, a reliable form of transport, mechanical knowledge with plentiful experience in the motosport world/car industry, great communication skills, an easy going but driven attitude and is familiar with GKTECH products.
Job Description
We are looking for someone to join our sales and support team here in Sunshine West. Some of the duties and responsibilities consist of but are not limited to: 
- Provide top-level customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints for all customers worldwide
- Verify product fitment for GKTECH products
- Setup returns and exchanges
- Stay current on our core models and our range of products
- Interact with customers through electronic means, email, social media and various digital platforms
- Listening to clients and recommending the best products for their needs
- Promote special sales and engage the community on social platforms
- Respond to customers in a timely manner and follow up effectively
- Manage and oversee continuous updates of FAQ / Customer install photos 
- Communicate with dispatch operations efficiently and frequently 

Experience and Qualifications 
The ideal candidate would possess the following skills and experience: 
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive automotive knowledge + knowledge on the chassis we make products for
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to always maintain a high level of courteous customer service
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Excellent research, problem solving and critical thinking skills
