Bulkhead Fittings

AN bulkhead fittings allow fuel, oil, brake, and coolant lines to pass cleanly through firewalls, chassis panels, fuel cell walls, with a secure connection on both sides of the panel. Flux Hydraulic Masters bulkhead fittings are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminium and hard anodized in black with a bulkhead lock nut for simple installation.

Straight pass through fittings allow hoses to be routed directly through a panel. 90 degree bulkhead fittings allow for hose to be routed flat along a panel after passing through without kinking or putting stress on the lines and fittings.

The 6061 aluminium AN bulkhead fittings are offered in sizes from AN4 to AN16 for both straight pass through and 90 degree configurations. Bulkhead nuts are available separately for fabricated panels.

FLUX AN bulkhead fittings are compatible with standard AN hose ends and backed by a lifetime warranty.

The range covers straight pass throughs for direct line routing, and 90 degree bulkhead fittings for situations where the hose must immediately run parallel to the panel surface after passing through, eliminating the tight bends that stress hose and fittings over time. Available in AN4, AN6, AN8, AN10, AN12, and AN16 across both styles. Replacement bulkhead nuts are also available individually for custom fabricated panels.
