Hose & Hose Ends

The FLUX hose and hose end range covers two primary hose end systems, PTFE swivel hose ends and push lock hose ends, that can be supplied in any angle from straight through to 180 degree bends, meaning that almost any hose routing conundrum in the engine bay, chassis tunnel or firewall can be overcome with a single fitting, avoiding the need for a bespoke bent line.

PTFE hose ends use PTFE compatible socket nut and olive insert system suitable for PTFE lined hose for brake fluid, methanol, E85 and other specialist fluids where compatibility with the hose lining is a concern, while push lock hose ends use a barbed insert and clamp system for rubber hose, ideal for more common fuel, oil or coolant lines where PTFE is not necessary.

Hose is available in four primary constructions, black braided PTFE 250 Series (4000 PSI working pressure, stainless steel braid), stainless braided PTFE 200 Series (stamped to 250 degree C operating temperature), black braided rubber 120 Series and stainless braided rubber 100 Series hose, all available per metre in AN3 to AN20, with PTFE socket nuts and olive inserts available individually for custom length assembly.

All hose ends are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminium and hard anodised black for strength and appearance, under warranty for life.
