The GKTECH S13/S14 5 speed short shifter is a direct replacement of the standard item and helps reduce the shifter throw by around 30% which helps increase shift time and also makes everything feel much tighter.

Although this short shifter looks similar to others on the market our shifter is the only shifter that utilizes the OEM shifter cup to drastically help reduce noise which is very common in short shifters.

- CNC machined aluminium base
- Fits all CA18DE/DET and SR20DE/DET or KA24DE5 speed transmissions (RWD ONLY)

NOTE: Will NOT fit the S156 speedtransmission

No modifications are required, simply just remove and refit.

Is there anything else needed for installation?
No, you will need your OEM hardware, however, in terms of the shifteritself it will arrive as shown in the product photo.

Can I install this myself?
Yes, provided you have general mechanical knowledge it is very straight forward.

GKTech short throw + medium return springs

This is excellent. I have a good bit of gktech parts on my car now 😁 I like the medium weight return springs. The heavy duty ones are too beast. Medium is the way to go.

S14 Short Shifter

Great quality product that installed correctly and feels fantastic. Install- I ended up dropping the gearbox crossmember to give some more clearance for the front 2 bolts. Also the brass bushing takes some patience to line up.
