The Nissan S13 and 180sx' have been designed without the passenger side chassis rail from the factory, this is also a common area to flex as a result of this.
The GKTech s13/180sx frame rail extension reinforcement brace has now been created as a direct bolt in solution to complete the chassis rail, which also will reduce chassis flex. This can also be welded onto the chassis if you are super keen!
NOTE: Will only fit RHD Vehicles and LHD 200SX (European delivered), does not fit VERT.

What's the advantage of using the GKTech frame rail extension reinforcement brace?
The missing rail does enable the chassis to flex, having this in place ensure chassis flex within the rails is kept to a minimum. This enables a more direct and solid ride, as well as improving the overall strength of the chassis.
What modifications are required, is this hard to fit?
No modifications are required, you can simply just bolt this in place.
Is there anything else needed for installation?
Nothing else is necessary unless you do want to weld the section in, which can be done. In that case, you will need a welder and other safety gear. We also recommend painting the section after it has been welded in place.
Can I install this myself? If so how long will installation take?
Yes, it is super straightforward, just bolt the new section in.
Do you make these for LHD S13's?
No, reason being they are not missing in LHD S13's and also any S13 convertible!
