What modifications are required, is this hard to fit?
No modifications are required, simply just remove and refit.
Is there anything else needed for installation?
No, you will need your OEM shifter. However, the bush will arrive as shown in the product photo.
Can I install this myself? If so how long will installation take?
Yes, provided you have general mechanical knowledge it is very straightforward. Installation should take around 20 minutes.
Will this suit my aftermarket shifter?
We cannot confirm fitment on all aftermarket shifters, if your OEM bush fits the shifter then ours will also, as ours is based on an OEM design.
Will this wear out my gearbox?
No, the actual shifter doesn't move within the gearbox, it is designed to stay firm as the actual shifter moves within the bushing.
