The GKTECH diff brace provides additional support to the diff in your Z34 370z resulting in reduced wheel hop under hard driving conditions. The OEM diff cover uses just a single bush and stud which is prone to premature wear and excessive movement which can cause the rear stud to break off the cover.
Our kit is unique, it's compact and rigid design utilizes an existing hole in the subframe and as such, is very easy to install with nothing more than a couple of spanners being required for the 3 bolts.
- Solid steel sheet metal construction, TIG welded and e-coated for rust prevention.
FAQsWhat modifications are required, is this hard to fit?
No permanent modifications are required.
Is there anything else needed for installation?
No, nothing else is required.
Can I install this myself? If so how long will installation take?
Yes, the installation is very easy and can be done in under 15 minutes with just spanners.
Do these cause much vibration/noise in the cabin?
Not really. Obviously, anything solid or more rigid is going to cause an increase in noise and vibration. However, I'd hardly say that it's noticeable.
Will this brace work with the Nismo diff cover?
Yes, this brace will work with the Nismo diff cover without modifications.
Will this brace work with the Z1 diff cover?
Yes, however some modifications to the covers fins will be required.

good. brace was as good as expected, hardware included is good, the YT video instructions also good. maybe add a note to buyers that they should get a long-thin ratchet wrench otherwise they will have a *very* hard time installing the additional bolt.
Part doesn’t even come close to clearing the exhaust, website does not mention anything about this.
Hi Jared, sorry to hear that the ISR exhaust makes contact with our diff brace. Unfortunately, we can only learn of such fitment once customers alert us. Our brace by design is very compact but naturally, we can't account for every single variant available.
Installing the brace is easy, except for the screw thru the frame. That was a painful experience. I put some tape into an ring wrench to hold the screw. There is no space for a ratchet, so a normal wrench has to do the job for the nut. Looked much easier in the install video.
I have the Z1 diff cover and the brace doesn' t fit.
Hi Adrian, as per the FAQ's on our website: Will this brace work with the Z1 diff cover? Yes, however some modifications to the covers fins will be required.
Fantastic product and easy install
