We only sell the parts listed on our website. If it's not listed on our website, then we don't sell it. Sorry.

What's the advantage of using the GKTech polyurethane rear subframe bushes?
The polyurethane bushes offer a more solid rear end which equals to a better driver control and feel for the rear of the car. The Gktech polyurethane bushes also raise the subframe 10mm, improving roll centre correction.
What modifications are required, is this hard to fit?
The only modification is for the OEM front brace will need to be slightly bent to reach the mounting holes. Apart from that, no modifications are required. Simply just remove and refit the bushes.
Is there anything else needed for installation?
No, you can use your OEM hardware. In terms of the bushes themselves, they will arrive as shown in the product photo.
Can I install this myself? If so how long will installation take?
Yes, provided you have general mechanical knowledge they are relitively straightforward. Installation time should be around 1 hour once the subframe is out. However, being a suspension componentwe recommend only a trained professional to install this product.
Do these cause much vibration/noise in the cabin?
Not really. Obviously anything solid or more rigid is going to cause an increase in noise and vibration however, I'd hardly say that it's noticeable being Polyurethane. Chances are if you're installing these you've already got coilovers, your car is lowered, you've got an aftermarket exhaust etc. etc.
Do these bushes change the height of the subframe?
Yes, they raise the subframe 10mm, which improves roll center.Will I have to get a wheel alignment after installing these?Considering the subframe has been removed and refitted 10mm higher, this will change your alignment. If any suspension changes are made we do recommend a wheel alignment.
Do I need to remove the OEM inner sleeve when installing these bushes?
Yes, the OEM inner sleeve will need to be removed, which can be seen in the install video above. This needs to be done as the Gktech bushes are a direct replacement of both the inner sleeve and the bush.

These things are manufactured very well, they fit perfectly and really stiffen everything up a lot.

Highly recommend fitting these to your car. I actually removed the previously purchased Gktech solid mounts to remove some harshness. The quality was great and they fit perfectly.
Polyurethane rear subframe bushes
These bullish things went in very easily. The only problem I had is they were slightly big which ended up slightly cutting the bushing. This wasn't a problem as the bushings clearanced themselves. My only problem was the instructions were slightly vague and could use a little bit better of a description
The service with GKtech is always quick and quality. Parts were in the mail that day and delivered the next. Parts are great quality and the install videos make it easy to fit without any mistakes. These are better than the OEM bushes.
Product came on time in perfect condition. Perfect upgrade for better feel.
I installed these yesterday to replace the solid alloy bushes as i found the vibrations too harsh in my R32 circuit car. Yet to drive on them but installation was easy and they look the part. The large washers are a huge improvement over what came with the solid ones. Including a small packet of grease like in other suspension bush brands would be beneficial.

Wouldn’t use anything else but gktech. Their poly bushings aren’t like rocks compared to energy.

10/10 will never use another subframe bushing. Solid makes no sense anymore if you can IMPROVE BOTH geometry AND ride quality with these bushings.
Mega easy install once old bushings have been removed. I got them in by hand with some lube and a mallet.

Thank you guys for all your hard work developing parts for us. The installation process is easy the hard part is getting the old bushes out. Car feels great now . Love that these can be flipped to help lowered car geometry. Now let's see what other gk goodies are next for the ol girl ! Had GK tech on my old Z32 and the quality of parts is great.
